1. About us

LUMUS is a fragrance brand offering crystal-infused perfumes. Our store is owned and operated by Maskyeti Solutions Private Limited, with its registered office in India. Contact details appear at the end of this document.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (or the age of majority and capacity in your jurisdiction). Minors may use the site only through a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your account

If you register, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and your information accurate. We may suspend or terminate accounts with suspicious, inaccurate or misused details.

4. Products, descriptions & pricing

We display our products, colours and packaging as accurately as possible; slight variation may occur due to screens and the natural variation of crystals and fragrance.
Prices are listed in INR are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as shown at checkout.
We may correct pricing errors, change prices, or discontinue any product at any time without notice; changes do not affect orders already dispatched.

5. Orders & acceptance

All product listings are an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy. An acknowledgement email confirms receipt but does not constitute acceptance – a contract is formed only when we send a dispatch/shipment confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. unavailability, pricing error, suspected fraud, failed payment authorisation, shipping restrictions, or a freight-forwarding delivery address) and will refund any amount already paid.

6. Payments

We accept payment through third-party payment gateways and, where offered, Cash on Delivery. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen method and that your details are accurate. We do not store your full card/UPI/banking details. We are not responsible for charges applied by your bank or for currency-conversion differences applied by your card issuer.

7. Shipping, returns, refunds & cancellations

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns, refunds and cancellations by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – both form part of these Terms. These do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

8. Safe use of fragrance products

For external use only. Do not spray near eyes, on broken or irritated skin, or ingest.
Fragrances are flammable – keep away from fire, heat and direct sunlight; do not puncture or incinerate.
Perform a patch test before use; discontinue if irritation occurs. We are not responsible for reactions caused by individual sensitivities or allergies.
The bottle is glass and contains a crystal – handle with care and keep out of reach of children.

9. Personal use & resale

Products are sold for personal use only. Resale, or ordering with the intent to resell, is prohibited, and we may refuse or limit orders that appear intended for resale.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the site – the LUMUS name, logo, product names, images and text – is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission. You must not use the LUMUS name deceptively or misrepresent the brand.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to post unlawful content, infringe intellectual-property rights, misuse or copy site content, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or use the site for unlawful purposes. We may remove content and suspend or deny access at our discretion for breach of these Terms.

12. Electronic & marketing communications (SMS / WhatsApp)

By using the site and sharing your contact details, you consent to receive electronic communications from us – order confirmations, delivery updates and support messages – and, with your consent, promotional messages via email, SMS, WhatsApp or similar platforms. We send these in line with applicable Indian telecom regulations, including TRAI guidelines, and you can opt out of promotional messages anytime.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUMUS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LUMUS and its affiliates from claims, costs and losses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

15. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to international customers in their home country.

16. General

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership or agency. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept them.
